50A Micro Plasma Welding Machine

1. The output current could be as small as 0.5A, and it is very suitable for welding a small or tiny working piece.
2. IGBT power module used, saves more power than conventional machines
3. Apply a touch panel, easy to operate.
4. 60 sets of electric operation parameters can be saved in the machine. The operator can load the previously set parameters for the same tasks.
5. Independent pilot arc power, which is able to continue working.
6. Stable Plasma arc allows standoff variation.
7. Pulse function available to attain good welding quality at thin plates.
8. Initial current, welding current, crater fill current, and pulse current could be adjusted separately to get the best welding quality.
9. Digital-controlled parameters can be predetermined before practical operation.
