General Fabrication
The terminology “General Fabrication” is used for making components by cutting the metal from plates, slabs, etc, then machining, edge preparation & finally the welding process to join.
In certain cases, cladding is also used for corrosion or temperature-resistant coating in the form of wire or PTA welded powders.
We supply the complete end-to-end solution in terms of our machines in the form of CNC plasma cutting, Manual & Mechanised Plasma Source like Placut, AP, Plajet, Supercut, etc series.
Our (Tungsten Inert Gas) TIG, (Plasma Transferred Arc) PTA, (TIG+Plasma+TIG) TPT, Plasma welding also complements various cutting operations.

Typical Applications
- General cutting of the plates to shape for fabrication.
- Plasma Marking of parts for identification, stiffener, welding points, drilling points, and punch marking.
- Plate edge bevelling for weld joint preparation.
- Cladding of corrosion and heat-resistant parts using the PTA process.
- Using TIG welding for the root run of thicker plates.
- Use of Key hole plasma for butt welding without edge preparation.
