During the aluminum welding, the oxide film would be generated on the surface. Aluminum oxide which has a very high melting point, and it will easily cause the defect to the welding operation. In order to solve the issue, we build a new welding machine that can make the polarity variable. With this function, the aluminum oxide can be constantly removed during the welding. Unlike the traditional AC welding, this new welder can adjust the frequency and percentage of polarity variables, and that will result in the reduction of electrode consumption, as well as the stable and high quality welding performance.
- Great outlook for the appearance of welding bead.
- No need to weld aluminium vertically.
- No need to back gouge & second welding pass with wire.
- Suitable thickness: 5~10mm.
