120A Air Plasma Cutting Machine

1. Higher Cutting Speed: 9mm Mild Steel quality cut achieves 2000mm/min at 100A cutting current.
2. High Duty Cycle: 100% duty cycle (@40 ℃ up to 1 Hour). PLA-CUT 100P comes with a CNC interface that is able to cooperate with a CNC system or other automatic equipment.
3. Better Consumable Life: while cutting thick plate, the inner tip is completely protected, and its usage is also greatly increased.
4. Compact design. Easy to set up and operate.
5. Safer Operation: There is no potential for assistant tips during the cutting process, also there is no dangerous gas involved.
6. The machine is operated with 40% of power saving and less noise compared to a conventional machine.
7. The output current is set and displayed in numerical format.
8. Two cutting modes for selections,
   • Single tip: better cutting capacity and more economical cutting cost. 
   • Double tips: higher cutting speed, easier operation, and better cutting edge.
