100A Non HF Air Plasma Cutter

1. Plasma arc is established without high frequency, which is best suitable for CNC/Robotic for best cutting.

3. Less consumables: While cutting thick plates, the inner tip is well protected, and its usage life is also greatly increased.
4. Safer operation; There is no potential to assistant tips during the cutting process, which makes a safer operation.
5. The machine is operated with 40% of power saving and less noise.
6. The output current is set and displayed in numeral format.
7. The machine is worked in 100% of duty cycle, and it is compatible with CNC system and other automatic equipments.
8. This machine is protected from troubles due to gas pressure, temperature of machine, input voltage,over current and ignition failure.
9. 100% compressed air is flowing through both of the inner and outer tips, which results in the best cooling effect and the extended usage life of the torch.
10. Machine has lower signal interference.
11. Bevel cut capacity is up to 45°.
12. No breakable ceramic parts, spare parts of P100M supply longer life/better cutting quality.
13. Longer handle is optional, the max length is 400mm.
