1. AP-201X+ Series Plasma cutting machine provides multi Plasma cutting functions to fit various of metal cutting requirement, including the following features,
   * Oxygen Plasma Cutting: the high cutting speed, and good cutting quality without nitrogenize problem in mild steel.
   * Compressed-Air cutting provide high cutting speed and gas free-charge cutting.
   * N2 Plasma cutting: supply a low cost and no oxygenize plasma cutting for stainless steel.
   * H35+N2 Plasma Cutting: achieve a very perfect cutting surface on Stainless Steel.
2. Higher cutting speed which overtakes tradition cutting method and laser cutting. 200Amp cutting speed on 20mm mild steel 1900mm/min without pre-heat.  Moreover, Plasma cutting is able to piercing directly.
    
3. Dual tip and single tip modes are available for selection:
   * Dual tip: provides much higher cutting speed, better capacity, also assistance can protect spatter from work-piece to extend inner tip’s life.
   * Single tip: less consumable, reduce the cutting cost.
    
4. Small hole cutting supply tapping application and increase fixed strength for steel structure and fabrication.
    
5. Come with standard CNC interface, it’s easy to connect to CNC/AVC or Robot to perform auto cut.
    
6. Lower cutting cost:
   * Oxygen long life designed consumables, it reduces much running cost of spare parts.
   * The number of consumables in reduced, can only apply electrode and tip in single tip model.
    
7. Powerful cutting capability:
   *Cutting capability is up to 70mm in mild steel and stainless steel (edge start)
    
8. Bevel cutting is available, cutting angle is up to 45°
    
9. Step adjusted current setting, operator only need to setup the parameter according to cutting parameter to obtain a good cutting quality.
    
10. Punch and Plasma marking function are available.

Bevel Cutting & Plasma Marking

Bevel cutting and plasma marking could be used.

Full function of 200amp Plasma cutting Machine.   Simply press a button on the gas console, the system will automatically sleect the suitable gases for Mild steel/ Stainless steel.  No gas modification is required when every time change the cutting material. 

Suitable for fixed cutting material.  Max cable length from power supply to HF console is 60 Meter, which is suitable for most of CNC size. 
 

Convenient structure: HF ignition unit is integrated in Power Supply.  Suitable for fixed cutting material and smaller CNC machine.
