Concise CNC plasma cutting equipment: the plasma cutting machine consist of only a PLA-JET series machine and a plasma torch with maximum 25M torch lead. Easy for the installation.

Plasma power supply unit is design and manufactured by robust CHOPPER structure, applied IGBT power module to deliver both high power efficiency and reliability.

Power supply with build-in torch cooling unit: Reduce the connecting cables and hoses, much easier for the installation and service.

High-Life consumables:  much longer consumable life which reduces the cutting cost. Electrode life can be >1,500 Piercing time, >5 hours cutting time (tested on 200Amp, 8mm mild steel plate. One pierce with 6 seconds cutting with Compressed air.)

Auto-Gas Adjustment: come with recommend cutting parameter with gas setting. Operation can simply rotate the knob for the desired value, machine can automatically trace the value within its range.

Digital coolant flow detection: Machine can monitor and display the real-time coolant flow rate. Also, if the coolant flow rate is insufficient, machine will alarm and stop cutting immediately in order to protect the torch from over-heat.

Compressed-air to cut: machine can perform plasma cutting on various metals, especially in mild steel cutting. No dangerous or expensive gas are involved.  Deliver the most economic cutting cost.

Standard CNC interface: Come with standard CNC interface, can simply co-operate with CNC cutting machine.

Digital displayed error code: Easier for operator to check the trouble as well as service.
